In 1978-1993 he was the art director of the international autumn rhythm jazz festival, in the 90s he gave lectures abroad (USA, Germany, Denmark, Austria), and also became an effective manager - he organized tours in Europe to many Russian and Ukrainian musical groups, tours by foreign performers in the Russian Federation (County Basie’s orchestra, John McLaughlin’s trio, Dave Brubeck’s quartet, etc.), with the support of the St. Petersburg concert and the Interjazz association, held many-day international festivals “Gershwin’s World”, “We Remember E lingtona "," Golden trumpet Armstrong. The project “Jazz Party with Vladimir Fejertag” has been held in the Kochneva House for the fifth year and presents to the public absolutely unique small ensembles (from solo to quintet) that can prepare thematic programs in an acoustic version.
