1. Procedure for the return of purchased tickets
1.1. Tickets can be refunded only if you paid for them on the site https://GuideGuy.ru .
1.2. From September 1, 2019, tickets, season tickets and excursion vouchers sold as part of special programs and promotions,
providing for special conditions for the purchase of tickets, season tickets and excursion vouchers (including benefits, discounts),
by the decision of the Event Organizers, they may not be accepted for return. Grounds: "Fundamentals of the legislation of the Russian Federation
on culture "as amended by Federal Law No. 193-FZ of 18.07.2019.
1.3. Please note that the procedure for returning tickets is established by the organizer of the event.
The specifics of the ticket refund procedure established by a specific organizer can be clarified by e-mail in the contacts section.
Tickets are refunded in accordance with the "Fundamentals of the Legislation of the Russian Federation on Culture" as amended by Federal Law No. 193-FZ dated July 18, 2019 and the Rules for the provision of services to the public for attending theater, concert, sports and other entertainment events,
as well as the Law of the Russian Federation dated 07.02.1992 No. 2300-1 (as amended on 05.05.2014) "On Protection of Consumer Rights"
1.4. The procedure for refunding tickets paid through the site https://GuideGuy.ru
1.4.1. If tickets are returned more than 10 days before the start date of the event, the Viewer is refunded 100%
the cost of tickets, minus the costs actually incurred by the seller in the form of a bank commission for transferring funds in case of non-cash payment.
1.4.2. If tickets are returned less than 10 days, but no later than 5 days before the start date of the event, the Viewer is refunded 50% of the ticket price.
1.4.3. If tickets are returned less than 5 days before the start date of the event, the Viewer will be refunded 30% of the ticket price.
1.4.4. If tickets are returned less than 3 days before the start date of the event, the ticket price is non-refundable to the Viewer.
1.4.5. If the viewer refuses to attend the event due to documented circumstances related to his illness or death of a person who is a member of his family or close relative, the ticket price is refunded in full.
1.4.6. When submitting an Application for a ticket refund due to illness, the Spectator provides the following documents: a ticket to attend a spectacular event, an original certificate of a medical institution or a copy of a certificate of incapacity for work. Claims for ticket refunds due to illness registered after the start of the event will not be considered.
1.4.7. Discount tickets are non-refundable.
1.4.8. For a refund, you must write or fill out a sample application and send
its scanned or photographed copy to the e-mail,
from Mon to Fri from 09:00 to 16:00.
1.4.9. Refunds are made only after the scan or photo of the application is
received by email mail, and the Viewer will receive a written reply stating that his application has been accepted.
1.4.10. Refunds for theater tickets made on strict accountable forms
and received by the Spectator in his hands, is possible only after providing the original tickets to the office.
1.4.11. Refunds for tickets purchased by bank transfer are carried out
only to the payer's bank card in accordance with the Regulation of the Bank of Russia dated 12.24.2004
266 - P "On the issue of bank cards and on transactions performed using payment cards."
1.5. Applications received from the Spectators are subject to consideration within ten days from the date of submission
the corresponding requirement, in accordance with Article 31 of the Law of the Russian Federation of 07.02.1992 N 2300-1 (as amended by
05.05.2014) "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
1.6. Refunds for an E-ticket are made only to the person who paid
Electronic tickets in the period from 3 to 45 working days, depending on the issuing bank of the card holder.
1.7. The service fee, as well as the bank's commission for transferring funds in case of non-cash payment, is not refundable, since the services for booking, registration and sale

1.8. In case of cancellation, replacement or postponement of the event, the Viewer will be refunded the nominal value of the tickets
no agency fee and delivery cost, if these services were ordered by the buyer and carried out
seller.
