Premonition of love

The new show program of the St. Petersburg State Music and Drama Theater "ART" is not for nothing called "Premonition of Love". The heroes of the play are a girl and a boy, two lovers who tell their story of acquaintance and the origin of relationships in the language of music. The unusual form of the performance (the dialogues of the characters are based on fragments of Broadway musicals) will give the audience the opportunity to experience the joy of recognition and, of course, will be an excellent reason to think about the upcoming day of lovers.

Theater "ART" - a troupe, born within the walls of the St. Petersburg State Academy of Theater Arts (now RGISI) in the studio of the Honored Artist of Russia Alexander Isakov. The course was recruited at the State Budgetary Institution of Culture "Petersburg-Concert".

After graduating from the academy in 2015, the bulk of the actors, led by the master, decided to create their own theater. This is how the St. Petersburg State Music and Drama Theater "ART" appeared - young and dynamic, the repertoire of which initially consisted of graduation and student performances.

In 2015, the theater team became a laureate of the NETA (New European Theater Action) International Festival in Vratsa (Bulgaria).

The repertoire of the theater includes Russian and foreign classics, contemporary drama. It represents different styles and genres in a comprehensive and versatile manner and is addressed to the widest audience.
