Performance based on the songs of Dunaevsky, Soloviev-Sedoy, Okudzhava.

The play "15 old suitcases and one country" is a musical retrospective, the history of our country, told in the "voice" of famous, favorite songs, many of which are remembered with pleasure and are still sung.

For the first time in stage practice, the performance combines the works of three popular composers - Isaac Dunaevsky, Vasily Solovyov-Sedoy and Bulat Okudzhava. On the "song train" the viewer sweeps through the peculiar childhood, youth and maturity of our Motherland. Thanks to unexpected directorial and acting decisions, each song turns into a small performance with its own emotional mood, conveying the events and mood of a bygone era.

Old suitcases play a special role in the narration - they are real witnesses to the events of the past. Active participants in the stage action, they always turn into something new: a front-line car, a radio, a talianka, a lorry, the houses of the night city glowing with lights. Suitcases are also a symbol of the path, road, movement forward. The symbol of waiting for change.

Musical accompaniment - piano, guitar, balalaika and button accordion. Each instrument plays its part, continuing and picking up the action. Here, music is an integral component of the performance, an active participant.

The perception is greatly influenced by the fact that "adults", well-known to many songs, are sung by children. Their open, intuitive manner of playing makes old melodies sound incredibly fresh and lively. The performance provides audiences of all ages with an excellent opportunity to remember or get to know our musical past.

This is a show for the whole family. It can and should be watched together with grandparents, with parents, with children of different ages. These songs unite and bring generations closer together, make it possible to feel community, to stretch a living string of musical memory from the older generation to the younger. Tell kids and modern schoolchildren about how and how their great-grandmothers and great-grandfathers lived, how they went through the war, what their very young parents dreamed about. Live music, dynamic development of events, sincere performance of young artists will impress viewers of all ages.

With the play "Fifteen old suitcases and one country" the theater toured a lot around the country and abroad, was a participant in "adult" theater festivals: Volodinsky festival "Five Evenings", Bulat Okudzhava's festival in Moscow, "Baltic Coast" in Tallinn, festivals in Berlin other. During the performance on various stages of the city, he fell in love with the audience and became the hallmark of the theater.
