The Eliseev Palace is an 18th-century architectural monument in the classical style. After several reconstructions, it became famous thanks to the Eliseev merchants, who gave it a modern look. Currently, there are cafes, shops and the Taleon Imperial Hotel on the upper floors.
The ceremonial halls and apartments have been preserved, decorated in various styles with rich decoration, marble and wooden furniture. The main rooms include:
The Imperial Hall - almost 400 m², decorated in the neoclassical style.
The Grand Enfilade - rooms with antique furniture and paintings.
The Baccarat Ballroom - decorated in the Baroque style with crystal chandeliers and a unique marble fireplace.
The Walnut Drawing Room - a former dining room, decorated in the Renaissance style with walnut panels.
The Golden Drawing Room - neo-Rococo with gilding and crystal chandeliers.
The Music Drawing Room - eclecticism with stucco ornaments and figures of griffins.
The Library - in the Art Nouveau style with original dark wood furniture.
