The Chaliapin Musical Theatre. Concert Hall is the building of the former Anglican Church of Jesus Christ. In 2016, the building of the former Anglican Church of Jesus Christ was transferred to the management of the St. Petersburg State Musical Theatre named after F. I. Chaliapin. Extensive renovation and restoration work was carried out on the premises, which is now complete. In the fall of 2025, the grand opening of a new cultural space, the Concert Hall on the English Embankment, took place. The hall's program includes performances by symphony orchestras, as well as opera soloists and an opera choir. Particular attention will be given to organ concerts, which will become a true highlight of the repertoire. Furthermore, soloists from the Chaliapin Theatre, presenting musicals and ballets, will take part in musical performances at the Concert Hall. The new space will be open to musical groups from both the city and across the country.
