Honored Artist of Russia

Born in the city of Dzhambul (now Taraz), Kazakh SSR. In 1981, she graduated from the Mussorgsky College of Music, majoring in folk singing, and became a soloist with the Lenconcert Vocal and Instrumental Ensemble "Merry Voices."

Since 1990, Marina Tskhai has been a soloist at the Benefis Theater under the direction of Mikhail Boyarsky, and since 1996, she has been a soloist and vocalist with the Petersburg Concert. In 1990, Marina Tskhai won the Jurmala-Yalta television competition (the Audience Award and the Jury Award for Charity and Artistry).

Marina Tskhai is involved in charitable work: she performs free of charge for children with special needs and orphans, collaborates with charitable societies, and is an active participant in the Golden Pelican Children's Day program.
