Legend of St. Petersburg’s variety stage.Festive concert dedicated to the 95th anniversary of “Petersburg‑Concert”

The concert program will feature current artists of “Petersburg‑Concert” and invited artists who previously worked at “Lenconcert” — “Petersburg‑Concert”.

In the first part of the concert program, the St. Petersburg Variety‑Symphony Orchestra will perform under the direction of Andrey Medvedev, a laureate of all‑Russian competitions. The orchestra is a worthy continuation of the traditions of one of the best orchestras of the USSR, which worked at Lenkontsert, the Leningrad Concert Orchestra conducted by the outstanding conductor and musician Anatoly Badhen. Laureates of international competitions will perform with the orchestra: Peter Zakharov, Ana Agrba, Andrey Kosinsky, Eduard Khil (Jr.), Sergey Zykov, Valentina Dolgina, Honored Artist of St. Petersburg Nadezhda Fadeeva, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation Sergey Rogozhin, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation Ivan Besedin.

In the second part of the concert program, the creative teams of “Petersburg‑Concert” and invited artists who were the glory of “Lenconcert” will perform: the VIA “Poyushchie Gitary”, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation Albert Asadullin, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation Yuri Galtsev, pop singer Sergei Lyubavin, and circus performer and aerial gymnast Natalya Kazantseva.

The leading teams of “Petersburg‑Concert” will demonstrate their skills: The State Dance Ensemble “Barynya”, the Cossack Ensemble “Ataman”, the Ensemble “Bis‑Kvit”, the St. Petersburg State Musical and Dramatic Theatre “Art”, the Ensemble “Essay‑Quintet”.
