Scrap Metal, a play by Alla Korovkina

Alla Korovkina's play "Scrap Metal" was named one of the top five plays in the Moscow Satire Theater's All-Russian Competition for Best Satirical Play.

Three women—a Teacher, an Actress, and a Painter—try to understand how they ended up in a life situation that none of them likes. Laughing and crying, they try to find answers to life's most important questions. Figuratively speaking, they try to clear away the mountains of scrap metal that have accumulated in their souls and thoughts. Three women—three destinies. And each contains tragedy, comedy, laughter, tears, and love.... All that remains is to find answers to simple questions: Why? Why? What's next?
