Eliza, you are a fool!

Fantasy performance based on the play "Pygmalion" by the English playwright Bernard Shaw.

The play, written in 1912-1913, is based on the myth of Pygmalion, the content of which the author transferred to the realities of London. The plot of the work is quite ironic due to parodic stylization and comic relief.

Poor flower girl Eliza from the outskirts of London dreams of becoming a lady and thanks to her assertiveness, perseverance and talent, she becomes her, conquering everyone at a high society ball. True, for her own trouble or happiness, Eliza falls in love with her teacher, a convinced bachelor, Professor Higgins.

The play "Pygmalion" tells us how the lives of people can change thanks to the received education. The main characters in the play are: a lower-class flower girl named Eliza Doolittle, her father, who works as a scavenger, Colonel Pickering, professor of phonetics Henry Higgins, and Mrs. Hill with children (daughter and son named Fredy).
